Applications for the hire of club facilities must reach the Secretary six weeks prior to the booking date.

Anyone booking the Committee Room and garden must sign a 'conditions of use' form relating to the use and health and safety of the skittle alley and barbecue.

Normal booking times are 7:45 to 11:00pm. Additional times may be granted upon request to the committee.

Birthday parties will not be permitted for under 21 years olds.

St.Mary's Supporters Club facilities can be hired for private functions such as wedding receptions, wakes and business meetings. The committee room seats 30 people with patio doors overlooking the garden. The garden has a double bricked barbecue and can be hired with the committee room.
